Whenever I try to purchase an app on the droid market, I would get an error when I finish inputting my cc information and click buy now. The error message is:

"server error has occurred.please retry or cancel.."

Thank you in advance for the help

Try disabling wifi if not in range of a connection or reboot device and then open web browser and make sure web connection is present and then try again, I experienced this issue before but I learned that it was because I had wifi on and wasn't in range of any hotspots and system wasn't going back to default data connection.

I had the same problem. Log in to google checkout from your computer, put in your cc info, and then buy away :)
Good luck

This probably isn't your problem, but it's worth mentioning the Market will not let you use an Amex to purchase apps in foreign currency. Your card will be greyed out in the select payment method pulldown.

I was having this same problem, and posted about it a few days ago. Logging into GCheckout from a computer and inputting / saving the CC info that way was the only workaround I could find.

I'm wondering if this might be a glitch in NotBlur.
