Problem pre-ordering Note 3 on Verizon Website using transfer upgrade

Anybody else have problems pre-ordering the Note 3 on the Verizon website? When I transfer an upgrade from my smartphone to a dumb phone and then proceed to try to pre-order the Note 3 I get a page that says: "page is unavailable The page you are trying to reach is temporarily unavailable or the page may no longer exist (please try again)". This happens with other phones that are pre-order only such as the iPhone 5C. If I order an available phone like the Droid MAXX a screen pop-up comes up and I can proceed. I have another dumb phone line that has an upgrade available that I don't have to use a transfer upgrade and I can preorder the Note 3 on that but I didn't want to us up the upgrade on that line. I've tried this with Chrome, Internet explorer, cleared the cache, cleared the cookies and still does it.

i preorder via transfer on verizon on the 6th with no problem .....not sure what to tell you.

Yes I tried that, said it must be my computer and try another which I did. Suggested I just use the dumbphone line to upgrade which I didn't want to do. I'll try again in a few days. Just wondered if anyone else seeing this problem. Perhaps I try a Mac and Safari.

If you use a mac it might try and auto order you an iturd.
