Problem Redeeming The $50 Oculus Pack from Samsung Promo

Hey all, so I just set up the first of two of my Samsung VR's. For some reason the $50 in bonus content is not showing up in the not installed section like they are supposed to. The phone I am on is the imei I used to register for the promo with. I have tried everything, including logging out and back in and then completely uninstalling all the VR software and then re installing as these were the fixes Oculus sent me through a help ticket and still nothing.

Anyone else have this issue, if so how did you get your games? Thanks
