problem with calls

Does anyone else have a problem with incoming calls? When I am on the phone (headphones in) and I receive another call, it's like the phone mutes itself and I cam barely hear the other party. They can hear me clear but I can't hear them. Any tips or advice? Could it just be the headphones?

When you get a call, Hit the volume up button and when the thing pops up, hit the gear button. Make sure all volume levels are up. See if that helps.
