problem with communicating to Google servers error how do I fix this problem

Cannot sign in to Google but browser works just fine but without signing in I can't open google play store and basically can't use my tablet how do I fix this problem?

Use the browser to go to Google Play. Install the app of your choice - it'll install to the phone. (You can do that from a PC halfway around the world if you like - it'll still install to the phone it says it's installing to.)
