Problem with Connecting to WiFi with WPA Enterprise

The WiFi where I work is secured with WPA Enterprise. I recently switched to an S3 from an HTC Incredible, which had no trouble connecting. Despite using the same settings (802.1x EAP for security type, PEAP,and MSCHAPV2), the network does not even show up as available on my S3. I've tried "LEAP Wifi Free" and "Wifi Connection Manager" with no success. The LEAP program will show the network as visible for less than a minute, fail to connect, then the network disappears. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

I have had no issues connecting to my work setup using the same settings you have listed. Not sure what to suggest for you. I assume other security options work fine on your home network and such? Have you checked the advanced settings under the wifi menu for the frequency band and make sure you haven't manually selected a band that's not supported properly by your office, or if on auto try manually selecting 2.4 vs 5Ghz. I don't know if trying those things will help, but it may rule a few things out as to the problem.

Many people are having issues with Wifi on there Nexus 7 it is not just you. If you look there are several open issues with Google.

We use Cisco Leap with WPA2 Enterprize here also and I have been using Leap Wifi Free for several months on Galaxy S3 and Note II without a problem but now it just stopped working for some reason. My network team has assured me that there hasn't been any changes to the Wifi settings on campus. I don't know what happened or why but I cannot connect any of my Samsung devices to our Wifi. I don't know if there was an update on the Leap Wifi Free that caused this or not. All my Apple devices like iPads and iPhones are connecting just fine so I don't think it's the network. Android needs to fix this issue or they stand to lose a lot of customers. If we can't connect Android devices to our Wifi, that would mean thousands of devices that will be Apple IOS instead of Android devices here just at our company.
