problem with go sms pro on incred 2

i have verizon wireless service and the incrd 2 android phone

whether using the stock messages app or sms pro message i occas get New Message
notification at the top but when i launch app-either by pull down or app itself----no message even tho
i have verified someone sent me message

it happens with stock message app even before i purchased go smspro
and ideas????????????????????????///

Same for me. Happens either way. Usual I clear notification or reboot. I try to reboot my opt t once a day. Same as my laptop.
