Problem with logging in/Commenting on website through desktop browser

Is anyone else having problems with the website? I can't login or if it does seem to let me log in, when I go down to comments, it says login there. If I click that, it looks like try to do something but nothing happens and still can't comment. This is from desktop. I've tried Chrome and then I tried IE where I didn't have my password saved already and it still didn't work.

I deleted cookies and got some to work. It depends on the article. Some I appear logged in normal and have comment boxes at the beginning and end of comments (Reigns, a beginner's guide). Some it only gives me the comment box after all the already posted comments (LG V20 what we know). But some (Phillips' Hue motion sensor automatically...) will show comments of other people but not let me comment. I also notice on these pages my avatar is missing from the top of screen and in comments section, it says to logged in to comment but won't let me log in).

@rap1 - thanks for posting this. Did some looking around myself and couldn't reproduce the issue. However, we have had similar issues reported from within our apps. I know we've pushed some changes, so let me know if things improve. If not we can escalate asap. Thanks!
