Problem with my battery

On my LG K10, when it's off the charger it will say 25% when I plug it in it will say 75%. What's going on?

It's really hard to say, the reporting of battery stats isn't all that accurate at times, but that's a little over the top. Install something like GSAM and see how it compares to the other readings, then use which is more accurate.

The stats are the same all across the board. Thank you for that advice. Also when the phone is off, plugging in the charger will ture it on. When the phone is on and I unplug the charger, the phone will go off. If the phone doesn't go on when I plug it in I will see a flashing battery icon with a question mark. When the phone is on and I plug in, the battery will charge to 100% but it will say 75 only when its plugged in. Everything is normal when it's off the charger.
