Problem with my S pen!!!!

I really dont use the S pen as much as I would like to, but this is really aggravating. This problem happened a couple of weeks ago and I noticed it when a had to write a quick note that there was a big spot on the middle right of the screen that I could not write. My phone is rooted, 4.4.2, I never dropped it, so please help! It only happens with the S pen the finger input works perfect in that spot.

Yes you were right thanks man I thought my N3 was bad..... stupid case
