problem with Skype video call on Galaxy Note 10.1

Using Skype on my Galaxy Note 10.1, I note with dismay that when I make video calls, I see my pals, but they do not see me. I tried everything to remedy (Reinstalling skype, video camera default mode, authorization of video streams ...). Does anyone have a solution or is this a known bug? I travel abroad and it is very frustrating when I communicate with my family. Thank you in advance for your help!
