New Turbo user. I tried using the USB tethering feature for the first time this evening. So far I'm not getting good results. My first thought is maybe it is because my laptop is old and the USB ports aren't delivering enough juice to run things properly. It's a Vista machine (yuck) that is probably 7 years old. Can't think of anything else. Help?
