Problems Sending a Text

Since last week every time, I try to send a text message I keep on getting a notification of a Stalled text messages. Has anybody experience this problem in the past, and if so any suggestions.

Give the sim card a gentle clean to start with... Try the sim in other phone... Try other soon in yours...
