Problems updating????

I can download the first update, and my phone resets and starts installing the update. It then stop installing and shows a red triangle. Anyone else having this problem? Have any suggestions?

THANK YOU SOMEBODY ELSE. I honestly thought I was the only one. That first update worked just fine, now I can't update to that second big one. I did a factory reset, and still didn't help. I called Verizon and they will replace my phone.

I havent gotten any of the 2 updates I have restarted my phone many times and its not showing up I'm getting pissed off. Looks like ill be the last one to update. Verizon must not like Maryland

I'm stuck on that first one. I'd call Verizon. I told them I tried everything, including a full out factory reset, and that nothing worked. They are sending out a replacement.
