Problems w/ Pin for Corporate Sync after 10/12 OTA Update

Since i applied the 45.6.3 motorola update, every once in awhile (maybe after a battery exchange) - i go to put in my pin (required by my corporate sync policy) and it says that its wrong.. i go through the five attempts and then it wipes my device. I know i am not entering it wrong and it works for awhile after i bother to set it all up again.

Anyone else having these issues? I am running stock rom, rooted.
