Problems with Dex Station

Me and my husband just got the Dex Station. Well we been having problems with it. We downloaded the Dex Hub and Dex Max. Settings we would save in Dex Hub like the Desktop Sound being on max took three times before this saved and worked. The Dex Max doesn't really work. I tried using this for Netflix and Hulu and nothing happened... Later on I found out about the experimental setting for resizing windows and it worked for Hulu but still nothing happened for Netflix...

Other problems I am having is that the display quality is fuzzy when I am surfing the net. I use Chrome and I noticed it doesn't use a desktop display rather you see the mobile sites instead. There is a setting in Chrome to use Desktop but every time I check it some time later it reverts back to the mobile sites. It shouldn't be like this as Samsung clearly advertises that Dex is suppose to give you a desktop experience. So far it's far from that.... Does anyone have any suggestions? I am using a Samsung 4k 40 series TV

The Opera browser will stay in "desktop" mode if you set it (even across restarts).
Samsung's own browser will as well.
Chrome will not. Nothing Samsung can do about that.

I have the dex and Samsung internet works just fine for me, keeping desktop mode
