Problems with Exchange Email Account

Is anyone that uses an Exchange account having a problem with their folders syncing? I get a notification for emails in my inbox, but I don't get notifications for email in sub folders.

I answer most of my emails off of my desktop, using my Droid to look at only. This worked with my Droid Razor. My new Droid Turbo, when you delete an email it does not go to my main account. When you go out of town you cannot store 200 emails till you get back. Verizon says this cannot be changed, this is the new system. This is a down grade in my opinion.
