Sounds like something in your account settings is set up incorrectly.

Hi guys,

You need to activate your active Sync Option. Before I uninstalled my account and reinstalled it.

I have the same problem. I have found the fix in another post by MarkFL88. Credit goes to him.

Go to your phone settings> data usage> select the drop down menu on the top right, then 'tick' the Auto-sync data.
I works for me after that. You can untick it after it down sync-ing.

ok , after pulling my hair out for two phones I figured id pass along a gem I found. this is a very specific scenario but it was in fact my issue and resolution.

apparently if you were a member of the administrators group / or domain admins PRIOR to migrating to exchange 2010 there is a hidden setting that is inherited that prevents the Phone from successfully connecting (error Unable to connect to server).
