Problems with my zenfone

Hi have a Zenfone 2 551ML running lollipop and have permission problems with what's app and go SMS they constantly keep asking to read, write SMS & mms and call logs I click the remember box every time but it obviously isn't remembering also my other problem is I can't uninstall any apps I install when I click on uninstall the phone just reboots and the apps are still there, I love this phone but these problems are driving me mad so any help would be greatly appreciated

Also Make sure the device is update to the latest version.
When you uninstall any App's the device shouldn't restart. Make sure the App is on the internal memory.

Just try transfer file via adb sideload
