Problems

So far I've had constant problems quoth my fascinate.

The first is with Sync. My gmail has seemed to totally stop pulling and im not getting any new mail sent to the phone. I've tried re-synicing but nothing happened. I've also noticed that my facebook sync keeps experiencing problems too.

The second problem is with my contacts. The pictures are all pixelated. When someone calls it looks terrible. Ive tried wiping the phone completely and starting over. It worked. The pics looked good, but then it happened again. When you see my contacts they look like nintendo graphics. When someone calls it looks awful.

Maybe its the memory? Idk. It seems like once I wiped it, it looked good, but soon as I downloaded my apps again it got ugly again.

Is anyone else having these problems?

gmail stopped pushing email to me too..it was working for a while, i figured i changed a setting accidentally, but maybe not.

my main issue is an echo on voice calls..do you get that?

also, if someone could recommend a 1x1 task manager widget that won't crash my phone and change my background to the default, that would be great

I have crappy looking contact pictures as well.. I really don't feel like starting over, though. It'd take too much time.

No, I don't get the echo....yet.
I'm sure its only a matter of time. I'm gonna wait a few more weeks. Hopefully an update will fix some of these problems. I have until october 9th to return it.

The crappy pictures are really starting to get on my nerves.

I actually got the phone 2 days ago and realized lines in the glass. I went to VZW today, they said they will have some today and I can just switch out, but it it strange.

Looks like it has scratched on the inside.

My SD Card keeps whiping itself out. Lost all my pics from my old BB and continue to lose my ringtones/pictures. Verizon said that I may have a damaged SD card. Well....it was't damaged in my old BB, and all the pictures were there when I put the card in the new phone. Guess who's paying for my new 4g SD Card?

WHy didn't you just copy everything from your 4g SD card on your BB, to the 16GB one you got for free on the Fascinate? Given most people don't need that much room unless you have a huge musical lib or whatever, but it would definatley rule out bad card issues and VZW would definately be required to replace after that as the card came with the phone. Just curious
