Process system isn't responding

On booting I get the message above. What to do? The phone seems to work OK.

It isn't rooted. It still seems to work OK and I'm not tech savvy enough to do complicated manoeuvres so I think I will just ignore it.

Those actually aren't particularly complicated, as long as you follow the steps. Safe Mode is completely without risk, and the only thing to watch out with the cache wipe is that you don't accidentally choose Wipe Data instead of Wipe Cache. Even then, it will ask you to confirm again.
