Proxy Settings

anyone find the proxy settings?

I want to use wifi at work but we have a damn proxy server

As far as I can tell they are missing. In the manual it shows proxy settings under Mobile networks in Wireless & Networks settings. I am also wanting to get this on my corporate network and need this!
