PTS still good option for smartwatch with Pixel 2?

I haven't been stoked about most smartwatches on the market and have long mourned the Pebble's death -- all I want is long life, step tracking, calendar syncing, notifications and voice dictation for texting or setting notes, reminders and alarms. Anyone here can tell me if a Pebble Time Steel can do all this still?

Got hold of an old new stock a few weeks back. So far the battery life is almost a full week, I run it with the rebble app and the dialer for pebble app from the google store. I found that with the android pie update the watch works fine but didn't show who was calling or messaging. With this app its back to normal if not better. By the way I bought of ebay and dropped a low offer with a few mins to go.
