Purchase S22 now or wait for Pixel 7

I prefer the pixel line myself but the last few years they have been not up to par with top phones that have been released.

Watch the reviews, hold both in hand at your local BestBuy. Only you can know which phone best suits you. Pixel 6 has had its problems, so I'd be wary of jumping on the pixel 7 so quickly. Also if one doesn't use the S pen I'd give serious consideration to the s22 plus. But if you like smaller phones, the s22 is a also a great buy IMO.

My favorite phone from a design standpoint was the LG G4. Curved back, back power button and volume buttons. I would have kept that phone for a long time if it weren't for the dreaded boot loop bug. That was also the last 16x9 phone I had. Removable back and battery.

LG did make some truly phenomenal phones. My husband has the LG Velvet and it's still running pretty well, even after two years.

I love my S22+. I really wanted a flat screen phone. I sold my S21 Ultra for this. That phone felt like a brick compared to this. I also bought the Tab S8 along with it so I am not staring at a small screen when I'm consuming video content. My eyes aren't getting any younger. I will say there are times my camera lags and lately there is a some software issue going on when trying to record stories on Instagram with it. It's an app issue because I'm not sure if it's just an issue with this phone and IG or across the board on Android. I will say iOS always seemed to have far less bugs in apps, especially with video integration.

I also converted my htc m8 Att to Google play edition, it would run google instead of htc sense

I completely forgot about the Google play addition.

Also I remember how excited I'd get when the "Droid" commercial would air back in the day.

I loved my OG Evo and it's big competition was the Moto Droid and the Galaxy S. Exciting times 😁

We loved our OG EVO too had all of them up to the M9 and was sorry we got rid of our M8. Than we went Samsung 7 Edge and that was back with Sprint where you paid $199 for new phone and did 2 year contracts.

Yeah back then were some pretty cool devices

As a former pixel owner up to the pixel 3 the last few years have been very lackluster as far as the pixel go. I prefer Samsung over the current pixel lineup.
