Pushed update manually, now verizon says my phone is not registered on the network

[Android Central Question]

I am living in the united states, and up until recently have been using a galaxy S9 i bought in colombia. It worked fine until I saw a weird app downloaded on it that I didn't download. I deleted it, but it re-installed itself so I decided to do a factory reset.

Enter my problem: It looks like the phone was rooted, and so when I did the factory reset, it locked itself. Me being stubborn, I pulled down the latest update from the UK (Because my phone is from Colombia, there were no USA updates available)

I pushed the update on via Odin, but now my phone seems to be not registered as CDMA anymore on verizon's database.

Anyone have any ideas? It would be much appreciated.

If you go to settings, then about phone phone , what does phone status say ? Official?
