How do I put a signature on the galaxy note 5

More clarification please. Do you want your signature to be shown on your lock screen? Or do you wish to have an appending signature in your email?

If it's the former, then go to settings>device>lock screen>personal message (to activate, switch on). Then write your signature and save your settings. It should show up on your lock screen afterward.

Or do you want your name on the back of the phone, like labeling your clothing when you were a kid? If so, I recommend a paint pen.
