Question about apps for tablets

Hello,

I'm looking to get an Android tablet for Christmas and I have some questions about what apps you can get but can't seem to find any answers on the web. So I'll be getting an Asus or Samsung tablet but I want to to know if I can get:

Instagram
Snapchat
Tinder

I just want to make sure these apps are available for tablets and not exclusively phones, since Tinder needs your GPS location.

Your answers will be appreciated.

Unless those apps specifically block your type of device, they should install. Not sure how to check without having the device.

The tablets definitely have GPS, so no worries there. I have a Samsung Note 10.1 and nexus 7, upon checking, all of those apps are compatible with both tablets. Most apps work with both, but not all (rarely), and many are optimised for tablets. I believe the Play Store also has a dedicated tablet section, or is going to promote more tablet only apps in the near future. It doesn't look like you have anything to worry about really.
