Question about dual SIM

I just set up my new Asus Zenfone 6. It has dual SIMs, but I'm only using one.
Does it matter which one I use? My# is now on SIM 2. Should I change it to SIM 1?

You can keep the slot 1 disabled and enable only the other one, you should have all the options available.

I've been using dual SIM phones for a very long time and on some occasions I've been using only one card, I've never had any issues whichever slot was active. Aesthetically I prefer using the slot 1 for my main card for mobile data, but it doesn't make any difference performance wise.
