question about wifi hotspot on rcmix3d

I read somewhere that art will charge you extra and change your data plan if you use the stock WiFi hot spot app. I still have the unlimited data plan and was wondering if the WiFi hotspot on rcmix3d is just like the stock one. Meaning will att change my unlimited data plan. And charge me

From what I have read on other posts.. people that have been grandfathered into atts unlimited data plan and have rooted there phone have no issues with using there phone as a hot spot.. not I'm not sure how much data they are using.. but I myself have the rcmix3d Rom and have used the hotspot a couple times with no problem.
