Question for rooted folks about the HTC Sense Notes Field

I am a heavy user of "Notes" in the People app. I hate that the editing window is ridiculously small. I mean, two lines? Really?

I want to know if any versions of the SenseUI newer than stock (i.e. 2.1) improve on this issue. Sorry for all the redactions, but this is a real client.

Anyone running a ROM with a newer Sense than 2.1 (came with the Official GB OTA) that can check this for me? This is one of the few reasons I might root, if I could get a better Notes editing window...

Sorry Frank - I'm running BAMF 1.10, and the default 'People' app sucks just as badly in this respect as the original Sense 2.1 flavor does.

Hey Frank! I'm surprised you'd consider coming over to the dark side. Lol. I'm afraid the people app isn't any better here though. Too bad really. I would have enjoyed welcoming you over. When I first got my tbolt I would have been lost without your help here.

If you're up for an alternate to the stock People app, DejaOffice (Download DejaOffice for Android) has a Contacts app that goes way beyond in customization, and does have a bigger Notes field (showing perhaps 4 or 5 lines instead of just 2). I like the fact that it has additional custom fields, and you can even sync it to the Palm desktop app.
