Question of LG Battery & SD Promotion

So believe it or not I ended up getting 2 LG G4s (long story) one on AT&T and one on Verizon. It looks like I'll be returning the VZ one and keeping the AT&T one. I submitted the paperwork to LG for the VZ one and received the acnkowledgement email. My question is will they know I returned the VZ one? Should I submit for the AT&T one? But the terms say only 1 per household - should I give a different address?
