Radio shack 16 gb n7

Arrived via free fedex this afternoon. I ordered by phone late saturday. Went out early tuesday morning from illinois. Opened the box and carefully inspected it. No glass or screen problem. It was about 3/4 low on battery. I downloaded a free app, a great internet radio app i have on my ipad3. I was surprised at how loud the speaker is. It said a system update was available but asked me to charge first, which it is doing. These things def need a case which i ordered from amzn yesterday and will be delivered tomorrow. I bought and returned an 8gb last week from staples because they were out of 16 gb which i wanted to future proof. We're an apple/mac house but when my tech savvy wife held the n7 she wants one. But she might wait to see if the mac mini comes out. If it does and its priced similarly to the n7 i would go that route also. But for now i can see spending more time learning and playing with the n7.

I also ordered Saturday, and got it yesterday. The 8gb was also at Staples in our area, but I wanted the 16. I had originally ordered on 6/27 from google. The order was canceled twice because I had a PO Box along with the address. I have no mail box, so delivery's can be a pia.
I am coming from a Nook color with CM7.2. There is no comparison. So far, I like the N7.

This thing is Great. Pop email sets up instantly. I got landscape Working quickly via preferences. Watched part of a movie on YouTube. Just need to get landscape on home screen and install flash. Love it.
