Alright. I did one of these for the Incredible, and now its time for one for the Thunderbolt.

I've noticed that there have been some spotaneous reboots since the leak surfaced. Well, I am of the opinion that this is due to a radio issue, and specifically, the LTE radio.

So, I am putting together some packages for folks to mix/match, or revert.

Standard disclaimer: If you break it, its your fault. QED.

First up, we have the 1.13.605.7 CDMA/LTE radio combo.

Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!

(Note, some ahve reported reboots with this combo)

Next up, we have the 1.13.605.7 CDMA and 1.12.605.6 LTE radio

Lastly (for now), we have the 1.12.605.6 CDMA/LTE radio combo.

You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. Thank you

I am running the new LTE radio (1.16.00.0402w_1) and have not had any issues with random reboots. I did have some issues with battery life on the new ROMs and kernels floating around, so I have now reverted to what I was running before (Perfect Storm 1.3 + Utkanos's overclocked kernel) and all is well, but I would like to try out Das Bamf 1.5 again since that also includes some of other bug fixes (GPS, quiet videos, etc.).

Adrynalyn, how do you flash it again?

adb reboot bootloader

then hit "power" when in bootloader and select update?

Adrynalyne ...would you mind just quickly explaining the differences between each combo? Such as which is the leaked latest leak, stock, and the mix and match versions...it'd be greatly appreciated.

From the man himself:

1.12.606.6= release software. This is what you started with.
1.12.605.9= leaked software, but same radios as .6.
1.13.605.7= leaked software, latest, new CDMA and LTE radio. These are what people flashed in the RUU thread or Das BAMF.

Not trying to step on his toes...

First one is the new radio (both cdma and lte)
Second is new cdma and old lte
Third is old cdma and new lte
Last is the stock radio

I have seen him say on xda that this will be trial and error. Some are having problems and others are not. Purely trial and error until you find the one that works best for you.

I have the new and have no reboots at all :D

Hope that helps

EDIT - Nate beat me to it...

These labels should be combined as to not confuse... the easily confused ;)

So far I have been through all three radio's and no reboots on any of them. but I am getting the best 4g and battery on the 2nd one on the list... I am running dasBAMF 1.6.3 remix if anyone is wondering.
also, I wonder if it matters if people rooted before the recent OTA or after, and then selecting radios, if they have any probs... I rooted after the OTA and have had NO reboots or problems at all... I am also getting the new HTC extended 2750 battery tomorrow, so battery life wont be an issue for me anymore (i hope)... Just letting everyone know about my experience so far.

I was rooted before the OTA (never installed it).

For the most part, it seems that folks having the worst reboot problems are those who have the least amount of options to fix it...those who are not rooted and installed the OTA. Based on what I've read here though, there are some folks who have had reboot issues running custom ROMs as well.

I also haven't noticed any issues with reboots.

And luckily, I have had zero problems too.. I bought my TBOLT the same day the OTA came out and I accepted it, I rooted, I ROM'd... and have had no issues other than 4g devouring battery life....

maybe a stupid question here, we just match up the software number? i've got 1.12.605.6 and the baseband is 1.16.00.0223r...mine matches with the bottom one on the list, but it's an "old" radio...is this the right one i need right now or should i use a "newer" one?
