Raise to wake

Am I missing something. This doesn't appear to be an option which is utterly stupid. The in display fingerprint is bone slow the face recognition works nicely but only after you manually turn the screen on. That is really killing the whole device for me. I can double tap to wake but it only responds like 75% of the time.

Lift to Wake is available. I had it on but turned it off and I've noticed battery improvement.

Its under Motions and Gestures.
