Ram Usage and Battery Tips

Hello people, while doing nothing with my phone my ram usage is at 40-50% , Is there a way to make this less?

Also I would love to get a list of bloatware and system apps I can remove safely? Or maby an amazing app that will help?

Currently downloaded Package Disabler PRO and Cooler Master.

Thanks, I know.. but how more Ram Usage you have, the more apps u have running.. and I always hate that haha!

I have no issues with this on a 2013 Moto X.
