randomally rebooting note 4 need help !!

So i had an ottorbox case on my note 4 before i even had it in my hands for the first time. got it at launch and worked fine until oct. now it randomly reboots and gives the same error i took a picture of it that i will post if im able to. I formatted it several times and tried new chargers but im sure that doesnt make a difference. any help id be forever in your debt. i was reading something that said go to ODIN but im not sure if that would help nor do i know how to put odin on here.

Any suggestions would be amazing i called samsung they just say format which ive done around 17 times:'(

Welcome to Android Central! That's Download Mode, aka Odin Mode. It usually appears if you boot up by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down. If the Vol Down button is stuck in a pressed state, that can cause the device to boot only into Download Mode (since it always thinks you're pressing Vol Down). Does it ever boot up normally when you press Power only?

hey thank you for replying. it does sometimes. but most times it goes into that mode. i cant even get into safe mode. but when it ramdonally resets on its own when im texting or facebooking it is almsot like im out of ram. ( im more of a computer guy then a phone guy ) gets very laggy and reboots.

Sorry, I just realized that Download Mode on the Note 4 requires Power, Home, and Vol Down to be pressed at the same time, while Safe Mode is only Power and Vol Down.

If you can get into Download Mode again, try reinstalling the stock ROM using Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html

Remove SD card and see if the phone reboots .because this happen to me .

I had same issue after Marshmallow update 6.0.1. try installing wakelock manager from play store and set it to level 4.

Wake Lock - Power Manager by Darken. It is available on the Google Play site. Install IMMEDIATELY to get your phone to function again.

PARTIAL WAKE MODE is the one to select. Check "Autostart on boot" and "Notification" To See "Options", LONG press the apps button (the one to the left of the home button).

Hopefully Samsung gets some kind of word about this. I believe this issue came about due to the fact the Note 4 is the last Note that has a removable battery. another solution is to have the battery charging cable disconnected, which will require you to carry a charged second battery and just swap them when necessary.
