Razr M Circle Weather Widget lost links

Hi, I have a Razr M and the link buttons to AccuWeather.com and More Details shown on the second page of the Circles Weather Widget just blinks a light blue when tapped and will not link to the web as it had done before. Circles appears to link to the stock weather app which I have disabled/enabled to see if that would reset, but no go at this point. Anything else I can try? I have also deleted the widget and restored it as well. Thanks for your help.

I figured it out. Had to reset all the apps. Thanks and have a lovely day.
