Razr or the Galaxy Nexus?

Cloud storage isnt a bad thing, but it limits you by your connection to the internet. No internet, no access to your storage. This is especially an issue if you have a phone with a spotty radio that drops network a lot. Even if the network is active, it will never be as fast as internal storage, which could be an issue with video files. And it counts towards your bandwidth limits as well.

Cloud storage for me has been more useful as a backup than as a main storage medium. And all the other phones have access to cloud storage as well...it isnt something that is really limited to the Nexus.

With all the wi-fi networks around, I think data limitations are manageable

Glad you got what you like

I totally disagree with this. A lot of the free WiFi areas require special passwords because business owners dont want non-customers leeching off their network. Thats how it is here in Denver. Sure you can get access to Wifi all over the place, but there are usually strings (and it isnt uncommon that the strings require purchases of some kind).
