Carrier version have it , the unlocked doesn't and I do like Samsung Samsung message better also.

This is probably why US carriers are dragging their feet. If not implemented properly RCS can open a lot of security holes.

Let's hope Google is not being lackadaisical.

I have Verizon Note 10 Plus and currently using Android Messages with RCS activated. How do I know if Samsung Messages is RCS activated?

You would be able to see it in the settings of the app.

I don't think I have it. I just get delivery indicators but no read receipts or any options for read receipts in settings.

I have the Verizon Note 10 Plus. They've rolled out RCS for Google/Android Messages so it's activated on my device already. I was hoping Samsung Messages was activated on Verizon.
