Really screwed things up

I don't see anything obvious in the log... 1 other person flashed the HTC kernel from VPS and got messed up about as bad as you did.. I really hate that I let this happen...

At this point, my recommendation (though not ideal..) is to wipe and re-flash the rom. I've got about 500 things I want to work on this weekend, and am hoping to squeeze in ripping out and making the bundled HTC kernel available in VPS.

Thanks for the update. I did wipe and reflash,however RM still gives problems . Clockwork just doesn't work correctly on my phone....is there another way to flash clockwork besides in RM?

Yes but have you tried amon RA recovery?

Also what problems are you still experiencing? Don't have time to read the whole thread.

Cant flash the latest clockwork...and cant fix permissions in RM...also when in clockwork, can't wipe the dalvik and some other functions just hang....I use AR with no issues but keep switching back to clockwork so I can utilize the vaelpak settings app.

Well I hate to say it but your phone may not agree with clockwork.

I have a friend the can't use clockwork recovery because its super sketchy for him but amra works fine. That's all I got for you man, besides maybe manually installing clockwork from fastboot.

Why do you need ROM Manager anyway? I use Vaelpak and I've never need to open ROM Manager. I just have it because I paid for it a while back. Just uninstall it and don't look back.

Install Clockwork manually from fastboot like mentioned above...
