Customer Service doesnt handle rebates. They have a "Rebate Center" for that. The number is on Sprints website.

Most rebates that dont come back are customer error.. But easily fixed. I work in a store and see it daily.. Everyone wants to blame someone else for a simple error they made. It's no biggie, Sprints rebate department works with everyone and are easily the best in the business when it comes to helping the customer.

I just got off the phone with the retentions department, they claim mine was purchased and activated through a third party tender. That's funny I'm pretty sure I waited in line at the corporate store.

They'll still ship it out to a third party clearing house.

Best Buy or Radio Shack actually do the same thing, but they just give you the money until the rebate is actually processed.
