Receiving an ad in the notification bar, how can I stop it?

Receiving an ad in the notification bar

Hi,

I am receiving this ad in Chinese all the time in my notification bar. Its really allowing.
I used ad detector, cleared my cached and browsing history.

Its just not going away.
Anyone know how can i get rid of the ad without actually formatting the phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Which ad network detector did you use? Try using a few different ones, since each individual scanner might miss certain ads. Here's Lookout's Ad-Network Scanner & Detector.
