Receiving calls Problem with voice Prompt engaging too soon
on incoming calls my phone's ringtone, rings for 1 second then it goes straight to Voice prompt asking me to Answer Or Reject. I would like to have the ring tone just play before I get this prompt, so I have time to get the phone out of my pocket. Often I never hear the Ringtone and I just hear this Answer or Reject voice prompt. It's a Cricket phone so I call Cricket. They were NO help.
