Receiving messages late or not at all :(!

My texts send fine but when someone texts me I won't get the message or it'll send later with other messages I didn't get before... please help /: ?!

Yes I had go sms but I uninstalled it but I'm still getting texts late/:

It happend to my cousins S3 too.Peoples keep on saying she doesn't reply to her text's.

Sometimes it's the carrier.
I use Verizon and have the same issues.
Some days SMS/MMS can take hours, other days it's almost instantaneous.

I had the same problems with my last 2 phones on at&t, and sprint
