Recent OTA update to Honor 5x firmware for KIW-L24

It looks like Huawei has update the firmware for Honor 5x, KIW-L24 in the US. The patch level jump Jan 1, 2017, and the previous patch was July 2016. We are now in April, so the patch performance is not that great. However, everyone else apparently sucks at timely update, too except may be for google.

The most recent patch date for my 5X (also KIW-L24) is May 1, 2016. Huawei told me on Twitter that it has no plans to push security updates for the 5X.
