AC Question

The sim card lists all of photos with date and size, but when I tap to open, I get the mountain icon with an exclamation but no explanation.
It's all there but I cannot open it.
I tried access via the embedded gallery without success.
Installed and app for file viewing but it could not access the sim card so I removed it
How do I get the stored on the sim card to open on the phone?

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with nahoku. Make sure to Unmount the card first in Settings>Storage, then remove the card and insert it into your PC. If you can see the images on the PC, make sure to back them up now. Then run chkdsk to look for bad sectors: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html

When you removed the card from the old phone, did you Unmount it first, or just take it out while the phone was still on? Doing so can sometimes cause card corruption.
