recommendation for large screen android phone for AT&T

I currently have an LG G3 android phone on AT&T and am looking for a larger screen size. It is difficult for me to see the small text and other items.

I have changed the default text size and it is ok for now

But is there are larger screen device that I can use on AT&T?

Are you looking for the newest, cutting edge specifications? If you aren't, the Huawei Mediapad X2 has a 7 inch screen and gets 3G speeds on AT&T. It's 2 years old, and it's not going to get Android Marshmallow or Nougat, but it's a really nice phone.
If you go this route, make sure that you get the Mediapad, not the Honor version.
