I am having a hard time finding a ap that works with the Droid Bionic to record my phone calls. Please Help

Get a Google Voice number. Call recording is a feature as long as the phone call is going through the GV number.

You can only record received calls to the GV number, though, not calls that you dial. Just as an FYI...
