Recorded 1080p HD video playback problems

When I play a video that I recorded in 1080p, the video tends to lag every now and again, sometimes more often than others. Its really frustrating. :/ Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know why this is happening and maybe know a way to fix it? Thanks

I had a similar issue but I think it had to do with what I was recording. I was moving between different light sources and the auto-focus was going nuts but after I freed up 500Mb of internal memory and tried again it was much better.
