Recording at 4k@30fps looses fps!

Hello,
i just recently checked my recorded video and i see lots of lost fps on them. They definetly dont keep 30 fps and often "jump". In some cases there was some weird behavior when video was for some time jumping back and forth like 1 second.
Anyone else had similiar issues?

Edit: whats weird issue doesn't seem to happen on 4k@60fps so it's not like s9 has problem with resolution/fps

Have you watched videos on the phone itself or on the other device?

I uploaded one to Facebook and watched on pc - same effect ;/
